Angels Always Around Us

If you can be self-disciplined enough, a worry box can help with anxiety.  If you have a worry, especially a recurring one, use the worry box method to relieve some of the anxiety.  Designate a time out of your day specifically for thinking about your worry.  Set a timer for 10 minutes and use this time to think about the worry.  When the timer goes off, you worry time is done for the day. Put the worry in a physical box or a box in your mind's eye.  You can't spend time thinking about this worry until your designated worry time, which is in 24 hours.  If the worry comes to your mind, just put it back into the box and go one about your day, telling yourself "it's not time to think about that now."  This can be very challenging, especially at first, but you will find it gets easier the more you do it and some days you may even find you don't need to take the worry out of the box at all.  If you need more tips or help managing your anxiety, please reach out to me so we can reduce your anxiety and increase your happiness!     

Message from the Angels

The Angels want you to know you are protected from all types of harm.  Have faith and trust they are always watching over you.  The Angels say you are struggling with a decision.  To help with this decision, take a deep breathe and a step back.  Spending time in nature will help you to know the right choice to make as it will help you to hear their guidance better.  As you listen to the Angels & your intuition, you will be protected and feel their love as you enter this new cycle in your life.  Happiness can and will be yours if you trust, believe, listen, and follow through with actions.

Crystal Corner

Most Labradorite is a gray or black color with blue or gold flashes to it and is not transparent.  There is also Yellow Labradorite which is less common and transparent. Labradorite raises consciousness, deflects unwanted energies from the aura, and is a good grounding stone.  It helps strengthen your belief in yourself, removes fears from this life life or past lives, and calms the mind while bringing new ideas. Labradorite is a good stone to have if you are going through a change as it will give you added strength and perseverance.  It is good for treating eye disorders & colds, lowers blood pressure, and balances hormones & relieves menstrual tension.

Don't Give Up Before the Miracle Happens

The expression, "Don't give up before the miracle happens" at times can be tough to swallow.  Many times when we are waiting for a miracle, we are in a lot of emotional or physical pain or are in a tough financial situation. Many times we may get to the point where we feel all is lost or are about to give up hope.  We may feel we have been patient after waiting for an extended amount of time.  We may begin to feel like the miracle isn't coming and there is no way it can possibly come.  After all, as patient as we have been, all the work we have done to make it happen, shouldn't it have happened, be happening, or at least we be able to see it starting to happen by now?  Breathe, my friend.  It will happen.  You can get through this and you can hold on until the miracle happens.  Do not give up hope and believe the miracle will happen and it will happen.  I have heard it said, when all roads you have traveled bring you to dead ends and you feel like you have totally exhausted every road and there is no solution, God makes the solution.  I totally believe this as I have seen it happen many times in my own life.  I have seen God make a new road for me when there seem to be none in sight.  I could not even begin to imagine how He was going to do this, but He did it and provided ways out of bad situations for me.  The great thing is we don't need to worry about the HOW.  We just have faith, do our part, and let God take care of the rest.  It is by no means easy, but it is doable. 
I have been there and I am telling you IT CAN HAPPEN.  I have been there where the pain was so bad I could barely get out of bed for months. I allowed depression to sink in and lost some, but thankfully not all, of my hope.  I thought being confined to a bed most of the day was my future and that seemed very grim.  I was told children were not to be in my future as the doctors said medically I would not be able to conceive or if by some chance I did conceive I would never carry a baby long enough for it to be viable. At that point I could barely take care of myself, so while I wanted children, it was not my main concern. I explored countless options and when I was told surgery had just as much chance if not more of paralyzing me as it did of making me able to do small things, I almost totally gave up. 
I sought God in prayer and asked what I was supposed to do. I had always known since I was a child I was sent to this earth to help people.  How could I help people if I couldn't help myself and could barely leave the house to go to a doctor appointment, much less anything else? Look deeper, wait, and have faith I was told.  Like a rebellious child, I rebutted with "But I have had faith. I've looked. I've researched and asked and waited and I still can't do things to take care of myself.  There are no good answers.  Is this really what you meant for me?"  My rebuttal was answered with one short sentence: "Have faith & trust me."  After more tears, I recollected myself and decided there must be things I am missing.  Being bed bound was not God's plan for me.  I started looking outside of the box for answers.  I started talking with doctors who were not in our insurance network and looking for holistic methods to help me.  Eventually, the answers came through various holistic and traditional medical therapies, none of which were close to my home at the time and most of which were not covered by insurance. I began to become a functioning person again and was able to do things again.  The pain subsided.  While it always came back, it rarely was intense enough to force me to my bed for extended periods of time and even then it was maybe a couple a days, which was nothing after being bound to my bed for the better part of a year.  By having faith and hope and NOT GIVING UP, God had blessed me with the miracle I had been waiting for and many more.  A side note for those of you who don't know me: Those children multiple doctors swore I would never have or carry to term: I have 2 beautiful girls who are now 15 and 12.  Hold on my friend, the miracle is coming.  Ask the Angels to be with you while you hold on. Ask them to lend you their strength when yours isn't enough.
I don't want to make this post too long, but I do want to speak to those of you who are having financial difficulties.  Your miracle is coming as well.  Keep the faith and don't give up.  I have been there too.  Months behind on car payments and other bills, my children's father thousands of dollars behind in child support, doing everything I could to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads. Having no clue how to stretch a budget that was already stretch beyond thin. To say it can be tough financially is a huge understatement. We have been blessed though.  God always provided us with small miracles until the big one came.  People would give us food baskets or would "happen to make way too much for dinner" and bring us "some". They were Angels in disguise who didn't make too much for dinner.  They would bring us meals that would feed the 3 of us for 2 days. No one unintentionally makes that much food. They were all miracle workers and I am eternally grateful for each of them.  People would give me tons of clothes their daughter outgrew.  One lady even gave us a comforter that was almost brand new, insisting her daughter was no longer into the character on it.  When we went to the food banks, we were blessed as it just "happened" the days we went they would get produce, cheese, sometimes even fish or meats they usually didn't have available.  I don't believe in coincidences. I believe God's hands are in everything.  We had a very rough time for a few years, but God blessed us because I didn't give up.  Now are we not only financially supported, but I get to help others in order to earn that financial support.  That is the greatest blessing of all in my eyes. For those of you in desperate financial situations, I say to you hold on and have faith.  Don't give up before the Miracle happens.  If you believe, it will happen. You too can ask the Angels for their strength to help you through it until the miracle happens. 
Praying for all your miracles to happen and you to have the strength to hold on until they do.

Angels Always Around Us

     Sometimes when an unexpected situation or problem arises, we go into fear mode and try to solve the problem from there.  Fear based problem solving causes more anxiety, a clouded mind, and may not generate the best solutions.  The fear may have you looking for a "for now" solution, when there is a "for good" solution available, you just can't see it.  When you approach a problem from a love perspective, the solution can come to you so clearly you will be like "Why didn't I think of that before?"  Yes, a problem can be approached from a love perspective even if you don't like the other person, their actions, or the situation.  You have to find the base for love and work from there.  This base for love may be the love you have for your children, yourself, of just the other person because they are a human.  It need not be a large base, just a base that is authentic.  Can you love the other person as a human and wish them well/better health? That is a type of love base.  It doesn't have to be complicated for the solution to find you, it just has to come from love not fear.

Message from the Angels

The angels want you to know you are doing well right now, even though you may not feel like it.  They want you to know that your progress and success will threaten some people, but you need to keep your head & spirits high. You are right where you are supposed to be, and more good things are on the way as long as you do not allow yourself to descend because of others.  This is a time for change for you and there will be a happy outcome as a result of this change.  Just like the caterpillar whose change may not always look pretty, there will be some ugly moments, but hold on because the transformation will be beautiful! You will emerge from your cocoon powerful and positive and will be blessed in ways you can't even imagine!  Continue on your path and stay strong, dear one, great things are coming for you and those you love.

No Time For Tears

Don’t cry girl, there is not time for tears now.

The world has knocked you down,

But you must get up and brush yourself off.

The tears will have to wait.

You have things to do,

Responsibilities you must tackle.

The pain inside, must be pushed down,

Down deep until you can weep.  

Later you can let your tears mix with the water from your shower,

Or let them dampen your pillow as you drift off to sleep.

Right now, there is no time for tears.

No time to let worry become major fears.

Take your sorrow, put it in a box.

The sorrow can’t become one of your blocks.

Take a deep breath.

The pain is only temporary though it burns deep.

You know the solution is coming,

As long as your path you keep.  

You know it will get better,

So don’t allow the sadness into depression to seep.

You are loved.

The Angels stand by your side,

Waiting for that Divine moment,

To bless you with the solution.  

Don’t allow your negativity to turn into mind pollution.

Focus on love and light,

Everything will be alright.

Angels Always

Around Us

Do you know you can determine your own destiny? You may be rolling your eyes or laughing at that thought, but it is true. Every day you lay the framework for your future.  Your thoughts and your actions determine your future. That does not mean if you are sad and/or depressed you are going to be that way for a long time. You CAN change your future! The first thing you need to change is your thoughts.  This can take time. You have to focus on the positive. Sure things happen in life that are not ideal or good, but we have to let those things of a negative nature go whenever possible. Some things are small and can easily be let go. This would include things like spilling a beverage, temporarily misplacing an object, or even someone making a nasty remark toward you.  These are things that do not have to be a large impact in your life. Yes nasty remarks can be hurtful, but at the end of the day, the only person’s opinion of you that matters is yours. Let negative opinions of others go. Now for large things like being betrayed or hurt by someone you care about (romantic partner, family member, or someone you thought was a friend), a car accident that has changed your quality of life, or another traumatic event, these can be harder to let go.  With larger negative events, the best thing to do is figure out the lesson you are supposed to learn from it, apply the lesson to your life, thank the Universe for the growth opportunity, and release it. If you need help letting things go, contact me and we can work together to help you release the negative and embrace the positive so you can move forward in your life and be happy.

The Angels want to remind you that when you decide what you want, mediate about it, and take action as Divinely guided, you can have it!  Use the law of attraction to work for you and call what you want to you.  When you set your intention and visualize what you want and how it feels to accomplish what you want and then take appropriate action, the Divine will bless you with your desires.  When asking for something, I try to end my request with "or something better".  We have fantastic dreams and desires, but if we don't limit the power of the Divine, we can get so much more than we ever thought possible.  This goes for career, homes, work, romance, finances, anything.  The new moon is May 15th, so use this time to help manifest what you want by meditating on your desires.  The Angels are waiting to bless you!
